Bank Fishing with a Gulp Minnow on a Trout Magnet Jig Head

Today I am fishing from the bank with a gulp minnow on a Trout Magnet Jig head. I’m using the 1 inch Gulp Minnow and fishing that under a weighted float. The fishing starts out a little slow but I manage to find a few fish after moving around. After catching a few, I focus on a spot near last years dead weeds. I catch a nice variety of bluegills between 5 and 8 inches. I am satisfied with these fish since its such a cold and windy day. Maybe try gulp minnows on a trout magnet jig head next time you are out fishing from the bank.

  1. where do you find the little jars of the gulp minnows? the only ones i can find are either in little bags or those flat containers with the lid. no idea why but for some reason every time i buy one of those flat containers they end up leaking everywhere lol.

  2. What I love about your channel – you get more excited to catch a small bluegill than people with other channels do when they catch a world record exotic fish in some foreign country.

  3. So I'll ask you the same question I get from time to time, Do you keep any? Some of the gills you get are really nice sized and those gulp minnows are awesome, they catch everything

  4. Welcome to the showπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Slow Fishin by ya this winter. Gotta respect an angler that’s out fishing. I have legit weather and have hardly been out. I’m pretty much a poser.πŸ¦ŽπŸ‘‘πŸŸ
